AVOCADO SPINACH SMOOTHIE
- 400ml water
- 400ml coconut water
- Large handful of english spinach 20gm
- Β½ of a ripe avocado
- Β½ cup of chopped zucchini
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ΒΌ tsp ground ginger

- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Thermomix
- Place all ingredients in bowl and mix on speed 8 for 2 minutes.
